Can't find your tracking number?
It's in the dispatch email we send once your parcel leaves the warehouse — search your inbox for "FIRMTONE". Your order confirmation email also has a "View your order" link that shows status at any time.
Orders are processed within 1–3 days. UK delivery 7–14 working days, so tracking can take a couple of days to show its first scan.
